Returns and Exchanges

Your Satisfaction

We're proud of HEALTHSIMPLE™ products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with everything you get from us. If you're not completely satisfied, just return what you bought, in its original condition, within 30 days from receipt of your order, and we'll be happy to issue a full refund or make an exchange.

Returns & Exchanges Are Easy

Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, complete the Return/Exchange form located on your invoice, and enclose it with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to:

Please allow 7-14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. A refund to your credit card may not show up on your billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.

Important Note: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please call us right away at 1-866-565-4528 or email us if order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item, including delivery and handling, once the return has been processed.
